  • OLGA (On Line Group Administration) – our proprietary on-line system provides plan sponsors with the ability to process all employee updates, enrollments, salary changes and terminations in real time. The system also permits immediate access to list bills and plan management reports.
  • Electronic Enrollments – custom-built Web based systems for facilitating an efficient enrollment process as well as a consistent communication of your benefits.
  • Data Management – our access and interface into the systems of our primary partner-vendors permits direct access to insurance company systems and reports of value to clients.
  • Coordination and Training – the Gardner & White National Accounts Service Team provides hands-on assistance and training for group benefit practitioners and payroll staff to facilitate a professional handling of the benefit enrollment process.
